Professional classes:
Luke teaches a dynamic release based class that is informed by experiential anatomy and improvisation.
A mix of set exercises and guided explorations encourage participants to find playfulness and sensitivity alongside strengthening technical knowledge.
He has taught professional level classes for Greenwich Dance Agency, The Place and Independent Dance, for companies such as Shobana Jeyasingh, Candoco, and Flexer and Sandiland, and on BA and foundation level courses in educational institutions throughout the UK and internationally, such as Trinity Laban, London Studio Centre, Surrey University, Winchester University, Chichester University, Guildford School of Acting, Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance and Stavangar University.

The ViveKamayas (Magic Wisdom) were set up in 2015 to fill a recognised gap in the programme of dance on offer at Instep. The ViveKamayas are a group of “elders” in years but not in spirit, creativity or thought.
Flexer and Sandiland - Acting Our Age:

These drop-in movement classes are easy-to-access online using Zoom, offering a space for us to reconnect with our bodies and with each other, at a time when we are physically distant.
Designed for movers 55+, with or without dance experience.

These hubs are for people living with rare/young onset dementia, and their families
Supported by the Arts Council England, Beatrice Allegranti has established Moving Kinship Hubs at Alexandra Palace in North London, and in the Merton Arts Space, South West London.
